- DFB is a member of the Asian Pacific MDF Exporters Association, and has MDF factories in Nilai and Merbok. The Nilai factory produces 140,000m3 of MDF annually, while the Merbok factory has the annual output of 220,000m3 of MDF and 95,000m3 of MFB. The company uses rubber trees, acacias and tropical trees as raw materials, and manufactures products of diverse specification. DFB exports its products to Middle East, China and Vietnam, as well as domestic market in Malaysia. DFB stably produces moisture-resistant and flame-retardant MDF by constantly developing new technologies.

- Founded in May 2007 as a result of Dongwha’s acquisition of Kumpulan Gutherie Bhd.’s subsidiary Guthrie MDF Sdn. Bhd., DMM has the annual production capacity of 130,000 m3 of MDF. DMM is located in close to major highways and has an outstanding logistics system. It has obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certification from the SIRIM QAS International for its quality assurance system.

- Founded in 2001, DCM is Dongwha's major production base in Malaysia. It manufactures LPM and adhesives using Cal-Polymers from U.S. The company produces 17 million m2 of LPM annually and 75,000 tons of adhesives at its formalin and UFC(Urea Formaldehyde Concentration) factories. DCM will continue to develop new technologies to supply top-quality UF(Urea Formaldehyde), MUF(Melamine Urea Formaldehyde) and MF(Melamine Formaldehyde) to MDF and LPM manufacturers.
