- The company is a member-company of the Asian Pacific MDF Exporters Associataion, and has MDF factories in Nilai and Merbok. The Nilai factory produces 140,000m3 of MDF annually, while the Merbok factory has the annual output of 220,000m3 of MDF and 25 million MFB. The company uses rubber trees, acacias and tropical tree species as raw materials, and manufactures products of diverse specification. It exports its products to the Middle East, China and Vietnam, as well as domestic market in Malaysia. DFB stably produces moisture-resistant and flame-retardant MDF by constantly developing new technologies.

- Founded in May 2007 as a result of Dongwha’s acquisition of Kumpulan Gutherie Bhd.’s subsidiary Guthrie MDF Sdn. Bhd., DMM has the annual production capacity of 130,000 m3 of MDF. The company is located in close proximity to major highways and has an outstanding logistics system. It has obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certification from the SIRIM QAS International for its quality assurance system.

- Founded in 2001, DCM is Dongwha’s major production base in Malaysia. It manufactures LPM and adhesives using CalPolymers from U.S. The company produces 17 million m2 of LPM annually and 75,000 tons of adhesives at tis formalin and UFC (urea formaldehyde concentration) factories. DCM will continue to develop new technologies to supply top-quality UF (urea formaldehyde), MUF (melamine urea formaldehyde) and MF (melamine formaldehyde) to MDF and LPM manufacturers.
